In compliance with new legislation, Your Aging Resource Center will not be issuing a request for CCE proposals this year. Instead, we desire to renew the existing contracts for the next year and the next RFP for CCE will be issued early 2015.

Public Information Notice The legal opinion of the Agency attorney is as follows: Based upon the memorandum from the Department of Elder Affairs, as well as the terms of the existing Older Americans Act Standard Agreement, the AAAPB can continue with the providers selected under the 2010 OAA RFP bid process, with a plan to issue another RFP in 2015 for the 2016 award.
