Application Specialist:

Help low income Medicare eligible seniors and adults with disabilities identify and apply for benefits programs. Programs include:

  •  Medicare Savings Program (MSP)
  •  Medicare Part D Extra Help/Low Income Subsidy Program (LIS)
  •  SNAP/Food Stamps
  •  Medicaid
  •  Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)


Administrative Help:

Perform various administrative tasks in the office such as phone calls, photocopies, and filing.


Outreach Events:

Attend scheduled community events. Provide attendees with information and literature to promote the Area Agency on Aging and BEC program.
