The Area Agency on Aging prides itself on maintaining and enforcing a Drug Free Workplace Program. As part of this program, applicants are required to pass a drug screening paid for by the Agency. The Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach / Treasure Coast, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with the ADA for both applicants and employees.

The Agency promotes respect for all employees both as an individual and as an effective team member. The Agency prides itself on being culturally competent and sensitive to the need of employees to balance work and family considerations.

As an organization we focus on four values that we believe affect not only how we work internally as a team, but also how we relate with our community network partners and our external customers - the seniors and caregivers we serve every day.  These values are:

  • Humility
