The Alzheimer's Disease Initiative provides caregiver respite services and support. ADI respite includes in-home and in-facility based services at Adult Day Care Centers. Persons caring for individuals 18 and older with a memory disorder can receive respite and support services, including case management, specialized medical equipment, services and supplies and caregiver couseling, support groups and training.
