In the midst of the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, Florida Community Health Centers, Inc. (FCHC) continues to provide high quality and affordable routine healthcare to our community in a safe environment while working to decrease the further spread of this newly prevalent disease.


In an effort to support our patients and community, starting Tuesday, March 24, FCHC will begin Drive Thru testing for COVID-19 by appointment only. Those with the associated risk factors and symptoms of COVID-19 may be screened and evaluated by FCHC staff for testing.


Coronavirus symptoms include: fever, cough, and shortness of breath

Risk factors consist of ONE or MORE of the following:

  • Close contact with a laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 case
  • Travel to or from a Coronavirus affected area
  • Recent history of international travel or cruise
  • Age 65+ with chronic conditions
  • Weakened immune system


If anyone is experiencing the symptoms outlined above and has risk factors for COVID 19, they are encouraged to call one of the FCHC locations below to setup an appointment for screening, evaluation, and testing. Telehealth appointments are also available.

Martin County Testing


Cleveland Clinic Martin Health is performing drive-thru testing for COVID-19 by appointment only at Martin North Hospital, 200 SE Hospital Avenue in Stuart, and Tradition Hospital, 10000 SW Innovation Way in Port St. Lucie. Testing will only be performed for individuals who meet FDOH criteria for COVID-19. If individuals do not meet criteria, testing will not be performed. The CDC provides the testing guidelines.

For an appointment, individuals who may have symptoms must call (772) 419-3360, between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday and 8 a.m. – 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. Testing hours for both locations are from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday – Friday and 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. For additional information, visit martinhealth.org.

Palm Beach County

COVID-19 Testing Site at FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches
The Health Care District of Palm Beach County has received a shipment of new test kits this morning and has reopened the COVID-19 Screening Hotline at 561-642-1000 to pre-screen and schedule appointments for Tuesday and Wednesday at FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches. 

South Palm Beach County COVID-19 Testing Site Opening at South County Civic Center
A Palm Beach County COVID-19 drive thru testing site in collaboration with the Board of County Commissioners, Cleveland Clinic Florida, the Florida National Guard, and the Florida Division of Emergency Management will open Tuesday April 7th at 8:00 am. The testing site is located at the South County Civic Center, 16700 Jog Road, Delray Beach, 33446.

Telephone registration and appointment scheduling will begin on Monday, April 6th at 10:00 am. Beginning Tuesday, April 7th, the phone line will be open 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, seven days a week. Preapproval and appointments are required. Individuals requesting testing will be approved through telephone screening.
